Adriatic Metals PLC - Vares silver project in Bosnia & Herzegovina and Raska zinc-silver project in Serbia - Non-Executive Director Peter Bilbe sells 300,000 shares at AUD2.33 to AUD2.40, worth AUD717,115, about GBP412,990, on June 1. Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Paul Cronin buys 100,000 shares at AUD1.95, worth AUD194,775, on June 23. Both transactions were done in Sydney via Chess depositary interests.
