IN BRIEF: Angle CEO and finance lead step down after shareholder talks

Angle PLC - Guildford, England-based liquid biopsy company - Says that, following talks with an unnamed "significant shareholder", Chief Executive Officer Andrew Newland and Finance Director Ian Griffiths have stepped down from the board. "They remain committed and supportive of the company and intend to support the company with an orderly handover," Angle says. The board now comprises Non-Executive Chair Jan Groen and Non-Executive Director Joseph Eid. The company proposes that the board be expanded "in due course".

Current stock price: 3.21 pence, closed down 14% in London on Friday
