IN BRIEF: Serica Energy shares edge higher on Triton FPSO update

Serica Energy PLC - North Sea-focused oil and gas produce - Says production at the Triton floating production storage & offloading unit resumed in line with expectations at a limited level shortly after it was temporarily suspended. Earlier this month, Serica said production was halted owing to an issue with the flare system. Notes that the operator has now "ramped up" production, reaching a rate of over 25,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day net to Serica.

Current stock price: 185.76 pence, up 4.4% on Tuesday afternoon in London
