IN BRIEF: Volex new chair buys total of GBP620,000 in shares
Volex PLC - Hampshire, England-based maker of power and data transmission products - Dave Webster, the newly installed non-executive chair of Volex, buys 39,321 shares at average 407.16 pence, worth GBP160,099, on Thursday last week. Webster had bought 113,096 shares, worth GBP461,816, earlier in the week and now has 152,417. He was brought in last month amid a leadership shake-up that saw Nat Rothschild move to chief executive from executive chair.
